Roll over your mat, and hit it every day. Every day is a new day, you begin from scratch. You overcome resistance in the body and release baggage from your mind. Sometimes from the past, sometimes from the previous day.

In the first few moments: you'd be restless & unsettled, and you feel rushed and overwhelmed. You've got so much to do in the day. Show up & face it. Despite everything that is there. All that is too heavy to carry. It will sink your soul someday. You're meant to swim, not sink. Liberate yourself of this karmic residue, first.

Prepare yourself to unveil and uncoil mental & emotional knots unknown to you. Don't let chains of the past & the ropes pulling you into the future stir your boat. Drop & be still. Commit your mind, body, and soul to the here and now.

Invite yourself to this moment feeling openness in your mind & vastness in your body. No thought, no expectation, no judgment. Don’t resist even. Breathe in, hold on, STAY. Be still and let it unfold to you all by itself without anticipation.

Begin. Feel the movement of your limbs. Feel the opening of blockages in your body & mind. Feel the dissolution of emotional residues and mental restraints. Feel the infusion of new life force, light, and energy.

Now, immerse yourself in this slow dance of light & energy from within, within you. Witness the intimate unearthing & unraveling of your soul by itself. Behold the reinvigorating of your mind & rejuvenating of your body. Celebrate! It's the union of your body, soul, and mind.

Welcome to this world with an open mind and open heart. You're ready to take on this world. See- it could wait. It will always wait for you until you arrive in the true sense of arriving & growing in it. With boundless love, timeless peace, and contentless calm.
